With RPA's fresh new look from their website redesign, they were ready to share their cool interesting thinking with the world!
The PROJECT
Using the agency’s existing email platform, MailChimp, I was tasked with designing an authorable template for the marketing team’s use, and built it in the front end editor of the website. I worked alongside RPA’s VP of Digital Technology to pull it off.
After launch we saw a 40% open rate with a 7% click rate from our 2,000 recipients. With the average open rate for newsletters across all industries being approximately 21% – our results made the effort a rousing success.
